Summary: Honestly, staff was lovely and we returned to Caribe Hilton after many years, but this time there were tiny bugs all over the end tables in the room, the sheets were semi clean and the grounds were littered with old rusty furniture and broken tile and garbage. Every hammock was completely ripped and torn…unusable. For the cost, we would not return.

Summary: I got married in this hotel in 2002 and returned this year, but did not find the hotel to be as clean as it should be. The vents on the balconies had so much dust. It almost looked like an animal. The main pool was closed because it was being worked on which is fine but the pool to the left lacked cleanliness, and there was debris in it that we continued to take out. Overall disappointed that it did not meet the expectation nor what it was 22 years ago, I probably wouldn’t return.

Summary: Beautiful ocean view room with an amazing garden of huge trees, large koi pond and small historic fort below. Wonderful friendly staff and loved watching the live bands in the evenings. The spa staff and ambiance was great too! We had a great visit!

Summary: I voiced my concern about a leak that was coming from the ac in the room to house keeping. She said she would let the technician know about it. We left for several hours and came back with the leak still present. Some of our clothes were soaked and shoes. Nothing was ever corrected to followers up on. It’s interesting how upon booking you guys collect the money upfront but then it comes to things like this and you can’t fix anything or relocate us to another room. Your management should have reimbursed us for the inconvenience but of course that won’t be the case.

Summary: Came by myself from my home on St Thomas. Everything was excellent. I ate at rustica and lolas each night. The bartender...she was fantastic. Ill definitely be back!

Summary: The only good thing about this resort was the view. The room was nasty, everything high- priced, Room service took forever. I will not stay again.

Summary: Had a great time in Puerto Rico. Hilton was not bad but had some negatives. Beach was covered in sea weed so that was disappointing that they did not clean it off until the day we left. Hotel is dated so rooms are average but the location was great and the bar and pool area was nice.
